Boost your beauty with “YOGA” in just 5 minutes

In fast metro life all age women want to be beautiful. Beauty gives confident to face any challenge in life. Most of women spend lots of money and time in parlour to get beautiful face or apply expensive cosmetics to show their face beautiful. But all that cosmetics damage our skin. So why don’t we switch to the healthy habit to boost our beauty and improve our confident.    

Yoga makes skin smooth and glowing. And also helpful to makes your skin looking younger. Yoga is also helpful to remove dark circle around eyes. Yoga prevents face from black heads, white heads and pimples. Yoga makes your skin tight and prevents skin from wrinkles 

So let’s get start

1)    Breathing for skin whitening
Control your breath through checks that will revive your brain and  will make your skin excellent whitening.
Steps :  
Sit on the floor with crossed legs
Shut your eyes, takes breath in and out ordinarily
Presently tale in breath from both nostrils with count of 5 sec.
Hold breath for count of 10 sec.
Discharge breath for count of 7 sec.
Repeat this for 5 times.










2)    Eye Exercise for  Remove Dark circle
This will not only remove dark circles but also makes vision sharp and improve memory power.
Steps :   
Sit in Padmasana position.
Focus on one point which is 2 feet far away from your eyes.
Sit on this position for 5 minutes.
After that close your eyes and feel relax for another 2 minutes.














3)    Remove double chin
This will remove double chin and extra fat from neck.
Steps
open and close mouth forcefully
Repeat this 10 times










4)    Neck Exercise
This will help to reduce fat from neck. It also reduce lines from neck. This will benefit in headache.
Steps : 
Move head in circular motion.
10 times move in clock wise and 10 times anti clock  wise.
